The Farm CARUSO, extended 18 hectares, is 3 kilometers away from Caltabellotta (Ag), at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. It was born in the 80's, it managed by the same family and more than a year, it is making the conversion to a system of Biological Cultivation. It falls in part in the old fief of Baron Bona, the territory where for centuries the cultivation of olive-tree is emblem of purification, fertility and symbol of peace. The olive-groves are composed of young plants, which they are flanked by seculars trees included in a territorial landescape context, it is singular in its kind, which only Caltabellotta can offer. These plants are composed only of "plants Biancolilla of Caltabellotta" which they produce an Biologic Extra Virgin Olive Oil ("Olio Caruso"), certified by "Icea Bio Si".
