From olive's plants, composed only by plants of "Biancolilla", they are harvested the olives from which it obtains the Biological Extra Virgin Olive Oil commercialized with the mark "Olio Caruso".
From the almond-trees comes the production of almonds.
These, after a careful stage of natural drying, they are proposed on the market in the practices vaacum packs.
